- 6:30pm (NO EVENING CLASSES on FRIDAY)
Saturday:
- 9:00am
- 10:00am (Open Box)
CrossFit Intro Class Schedule:
Monday & Wednesday
Tuesday & Thursday
Saturday
All intro classes are 30 minutes long
TRX Schedule:
Monday & Wednesday – 7:00am, 11:15am, 5:30pm
Tuesday & Thursday – 6:30am, 12:00pm (power half hour), 7:30pm
Saturday – 8am & 9am
Fitness Boot Camp Schedule:
Monday – Friday
- 6:00am
- 12:00pm (Power half hour)
- 6:00pm (No Friday Evening Class)

You must call or email to reserve your spot in any of the above classes. If you do not speak to someone via phone or receive a response email in return, please take that as you have not been confirmed for that time slot.
